Oneforall were engaged by Hong Kong-based developer Risland to launch their very first New Zealand residential project Neo. Neo is an urban development located in the Auckland city-fringe suburb of Grafton.

Grafton is an attractive location for investment due to its proximity to universities and the Auckland CBD. An increase in new residential developments in recent years has opened an opportunity to overseas investors - our challenge was to capture a local and international audience for this project.

Our approach was to leverage Neo’s location and look to its urban context as the inspiration for the brand. Working closely with Risland, we created a bold brand that conveys an urban, yet polished quality with cross-cultural appeal.

Oneforall merged photography with CGI to create story-telling imagery to enable potential buyers to better visualise a city-fringe lifestyle at Neo. The building itself featured unique bronze architectural detailing throughout which informed design elements from small-format collateral through to large-scale show suite design.

Neo was successfully launched in early 2019 with 25% of apartments sold within its first month.
