Element is a residential development of 35 apartments in the Auckland suburb of Ellerslie. At the heart of its offering lies a firm commitment to environmental sustainability and value as points of difference in the off-plan market. Element seeks to challenge the status quo by raising the standard and elevating the perception of suburban apartment living.
Urban Resort approached Oneforall to launch a brand and marketing campaign that promotes this unique offering to a target market of owner-occupiers.
Ellerslie is a tight-knit community with housing comprised mainly of heritage and modern standalone homes. Cognisant that a new development could trigger some concern in this established community, we positioned Element as highly-liveable and sensitive to its site. Creating education around its sustainability initiatives and focusing on design features were key in building confidence in the development.
The campaign takes its inspiration from modern village living and environmental sustainability. Through considered use of local photography, calming colour-ways and no-nonsense typography - the visual brand projects a fresh and revitalised way of living.
Element was launched in late-2017 and construction is due for completion at the end of the year.
